Holy COW!
I just got on the scale. I know I said I wasn't going to do that but I did. Talk about adding insult to injury. I'm still trying to decide if I should reveal the number. For now, I'll just say that I have never weighed this much IN MY LIFETIME! Uuuugh. Luckily, I'm the kind of person that will be MOTIVATED by this!! I can't think of anything else to say. BLAH!

it hurts doesnt it. But its a wake up slap in the face. I know it was for me! No where to go but down I say!
wake up call for sure!! If it helps I can almost 100% guarantee you aren't as heavy as me!! We can do this girl!!
